This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and SELF Labs Inc. ("SELF Labs," "we," "us," or "our") for the software known as AYOTA ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.1. License Grant1.1 Scope of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, SELF Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.1.2 Restrictions: You may not:Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.Use the Software for any purpose other than its intended purpose.Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party.2. Ownership2.1 Intellectual Property: The Software is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties. SELF Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.3. Privacy and Data Usage3.1 Data Collection: The Software may collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.3.2 Third-Party Services: The Software may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.4. Updates and Support4.1 Software Updates: SELF Labs may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. These updates may be automatic or require manual installation.4.2 Support: SELF Labs may provide technical support for the Software as described in our support policies.5. Termination5.1 Termination by User: You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling and discontinuing the use of the Software.5.2 Termination by SELF Labs: SELF Labs reserves the right to terminate this EULA if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and cease all use.6. Disclaimer of Warranty6.1 No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SELF Labs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.7.
